What is an energy survey?
A surveyor will visit your property to complete a energy survey assessment, but you might be thinking what does this mean?
The assessment will check what energy measures you currently have (what type of heating system, insulation etc) and complete a recommendation sheet, e.g what they think you are eligible for and what would be the best types of products to install.
You can discuss all this with the surveyor who visits your property.
How much does the ECO4 Grant Cover?
The ECO4 grant covers all of the cost for energy-efficient installations in your home, depending on the number of measures you qualify for. These may include an air source heat pump, cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, and heating systems like electric storage heaters.
The grant is designed to enable eligible homeowners, especially those who receive benefits, to access funding to enhance their home’s energy efficiency without incurring any costs.
It is crucial to note that no cash alternative is available if you require assistance with gas and electric bills. The grant solely covers the cost of work and installed items. The eligibility criteria set by energy providers define what improvements can be made to effectively reduce energy expenditures.
How long is the process?
We aim to complete the energy upgrades to your home within 8 weeks of you filling out the form, however depending on what you need installed, your availability this can be shorter or longer.

Are the installers qualified?
Yes! Every installer will be qualified, certified and insured to install the products that are recommend.
Because this is going through ECO4 grant, each installer must meet and demonstrate their competency, insurance and level of workmanship.
So you can relax knowing that you are going to get quality finish.
Will the work come with a warranty?
Yes! All the products installed will come with warranty and the installers must show they have an aftercare service in the unlikely event of issues.
